We will be discussing resources available for those who do not have health insurance, do not have the money to pay for treatments or have difficulty getting to see the doctors for appointments or obtain prescriptions. At the meeting we will determine the details for celebrating our Annual Summer LiverFest 2018 being held on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at Hubbard Park in Meriden (raindate Sunday, July 29, 2018, same time and place). We will also begin planning our Liver Lifers walk team raising funds for the American Liver Foundation through their Liver Life Walk, at Hubbard Park this year instead of East Hartford.

• August 8, 2018: We plan on continuing recruitment of Liver lifers, our walk team that annually participates in a American Liver Foundation Liver Life Walk Connecticut chapter event on September 23, 2018, as well as assisting our Liver Lifers walk team with fundraising efforts for the walkers to meet their goals to help raise funds for steps needed to cure liver diseases.
• September 12, 2018: Help Liver Lifer's finalize details and fundraise for the American Liver Foundation toward their efforts to cure liver diseases. This year the Connecticut Liver Life Walk will be held in Hubbard Park in Meriden, CT. Join our "Liver Lifers" walk group and contribute to raise funds for these American Liver Foundation causes.

Prospects for future meetings:
A transplant surgeon, attorneys, psychiatry professional, massage therapy education and treatment experiences are some of the ideas on the table.
