Regular 7pm Meeting, August 13th:- WE HAVE BEEN ASKED TO PARK IN GARAGE #3 and walk through the health center to the Academic Research Building (ARB) small conference room.
- This month we will review the staging and grading of hepatitis; bring your questions and the facilitators will get you answers.
- This Sunday, August 17, 2014 at 1pm we are holding our fourteenth annual LiverFest , our support group picnic and social gathering. This year LiverFest will be held at Hubbard Park near the pavilion behind the band shell and run for a couple of hours. Rain date will be the following Sunday, August 24, 2014, same place and time and any rain cancellation would be found by 11am on our web page at www.cchcgroup.org. The American Liver Foundation annual LiverLife Walk 2014 is being held Sunday, September 21, 2014 in East Hartford with registration beginning at 8am. Our walk team, Liver Lifers will be participating. Come to the meeting to hear about some of the details and join us in walking the 5K or simply donate to encourage those who will be walking.
A transplant surgeon, attorneys, psychiatry professional, massage therapy education and treatment experiences are some of the ideas on the table.
