Regular 7pm Meeting, June 10th:
Besides finalizing 12th annual LiverFest picnic plans and discuss Liver Life Walk 2013 Fundraising efforts (Team Captain Storrs Steve said he will be at the meeting this month), click on the image at left in reply to an inquiry raised at the meeting last month.
Future 2013 meetings:
August 14, 2013:Liver Health will be discussed,as well review of our walk team update for our continuing fundraising efforts for the 9/22/13 Liver Life Walk.
September 11, 2013 Dr. George Y. WU, M.D., Ph.D. will speak to our group about "Serum Liver Tests. Our 2013 Liver Life walk team, Liver Lifers, will continue fundraising for the 9/22/13 event; come join us for the walk or contribute to our team's efforts.
October 9, 2013 Besides reviwing results of the Liver Life Walk 2013, we will discuss HCV and extrahepatic manifestations. We will also open nominations for 2014 facilitator(s).
November 13, 2013 Diet and exercise will be discussed in anticipation of Thanksgiving 2013. 2013 Facilitator(s) nominations will continue.
December 11, 2013 Holiday party right after a 2013 Facilitator(s) vote.
Prospects for other 2014 meetings:
Transplant surgeon, attorneys, psychiatry professional, massage therapy education and treatment experiences are some of the ideas on the table.
