May 9: Hepatitis Awareness Month. Also discuss National Viral Hepatitis Testing Day on May 19th, and other activities TBA.
June 13: Finalize plans for annual Support Group LiverFest.
July 11: Celebrate our Independence by joining facilitators in writing local resources to promote HCV advocacy.
August 8: As schools get ready for the 2012-2013 year, things to take into account when family members prepare to start will be discussed.
September 12:Dr. Wu is so kind as to present to the group "News in the Treatment of HCV.
October 10: Speaker TBA.
Prospects for 2012 meetings:
Transplant surgeon, attorneys, psychiatry professional, massage therapy education and treatment experiences are some of the ideas on the table.
