Regular 7pm Meeting on July 8th:HAPPY SUMMER, finally!!!
Join Marty and Adrian for roundtable discussions, including those about new HCV research results and why "clinically cured" does not mean "cured." We hope to brainstorm LiverWalk fundraising ideas. Dr. Wu helped our walk team, Liver Lifers CHC, by his appreciable dontation to ALF; thank you Dr. Wu. Why don't you join Captain Storrs Steve and CoFacilitator Adrian with fundraising, walking, manning a booth or simply spending a great Fall Sunday Morning for a good cause.
Future 2009 Meetings
- 'LiverFest 2009', our annual picnic, 1pm at Hubbard Park, Meriden, CT either mid August 2009.
- Dr. Wu will be speaking to us at our Sept. 9th meeting about some interesting developments of HCV treatment options.
- On Sunday, September 13, 2009 Liver Life Walk with CHCgroup, Captain Storrs Steve and the gang at Rentschler Field in East Hartford; come cheer us on!!
Prospects for additional meetings:
A Naturopathic Doctor, Connecticut Attorneys, psychiatry professional, massage therapy education and experience, a medical presentation on HIV/HCV co-infection issues and a relaxational meeting, especially targeting Relapsers and Non-Responders (RNR) using alternative therapies are some of the ideas on the table.
