Regular Meeting on January 11:

Shirley Allen, MSEdRD CD-N who is a Diabetes Program Dietitian at UCONN will present "Healthy Diet for Coping with Hepatitis C", have some hand outs and answer group questions.

Future Meetings
On February 8, 2006, Zoanne Vollono, APRN will discuss "The Emotional Ups and Downs of Living with Hepatitis C".
March 8, 2006 will bring a Pharmacist & RN Team from Professional Home Care Services to speak on their Hep C Program and answer group questions on medications.
On April 12, 2006, Dr. David Hull will discuss Liver Transplantation.
June 14, 2006 will be a roundtable discussion, including updating the group on the Support Groups' Annual LiverFest '06 Summer Picnic.
Prospects for other 2006 meetings:
A Naturopathic Doctor, a Massage Therapist, Connecticut Attorneys and a medical presentation on HIV/HCV co-infection issues.
