Regular Meeting on December 14th:

CHCgroup had their first annual election of Facilitators for the 2006 renewable term. Marty and Adrian ran unopposed and thank the group for the vote of support. This democratic exercise enabled the group to define the active membership, assisting growth in the coming year.

Dr. George Wu then spoke on new classes of drugs in the pipeline; food was provided courtesy of the InterMune.

Following the exceptional educational presentation, discussion and helpful Q&A session, the group sent a strong vote to keep member information confidential and retained by the facilitator; a select few requested their contact information be released to the health center for direct transmittal of new trial information.

The meeting concluded with the annual Holiday Party that enticed the pallets of members with the wide variety of favorite recipies, tasteful creations from other members, and an enjoyable time of holiday comradery and conversational cheer.
